For over 15 years she has explored the globe mastering the art of Holistic Health, Nutrition, and Psycho-neuro-immunology, better known as Mind/Body Medicine.
Through her travels, Ariel lived and studied with highly acclaimed Healing Masters in Japan, Nepal, India, Europe, and various regions across North America. Today, she has acquired a deep understanding and passion of how powerful our thoughts truly are and how they affect our wellbeing in everyday life.
